Different gets Fresh
Leading North East creative agency Different, scooped 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and 2 Bronze awards at the 2007 Fresh Awards Grand Prix in Manchester on 26th April, leading the way for the region.
The awards were the culmination of the 2006 Fresh Creative series to celebrate the best regional creative agency talent, where winners from regional heats battled it out for the national Fresh Big F Grand Prix. Different's work for Barker & Stonehouse and Nexus were the big winners on the night. (See attached).
Commenting on the win, Mark Martin, Different's Creative Director said. 'It's great to receive the toughest recognition of all for our creativity – that of your peers. Nice too to see the North East so strongly represented.'
The awards were held at The Renaissance hotel in Manchester.
Different is based in Summerhill Square Newcastle and has nearly 40 employees. Services include advertising, design, direct marketing, digital and TV production for its clients. Different's local and national client list includes Procter & Gamble, Barker & Stonehouse, COI Communications and One NorthEast, for whom it produced the 'Passionate People, Passionate Places' campaign.
The North East was strongly represented overall with Sumo and Drummond Central also featuring among the winners.
